Dyson Pearman was born in Burrough Green on 11th February 1892 (Newmarket Q1-1892 3B:511), baptised in Dullingham on 3rd April 1892, son of Charles Dyson and Sarah PEARMAN(née WEBB).

1901 census...Aged 9, he was at Cross Green, Dullingham, with his father Charles PEARMAN [38] horse keeper; mother Sarah [38], brothers Robert [10] and Sidney [4] and sisters Daisy [6] and Annie {6 months}. All are recorded as born in Burrough Green.

1911 census...Aged 19 a farm labourer, he was at Cross Green, Dullingham with his parents, brothers Robert (domestic groom) and Sydney (baker's boy), and his sisters Annie [10] and Jessie [6] both born in Dullingham. Contrary to the 1901 census, all are now recorded as born in Dullingham.


He died from his wounds while still serving according to the pension records.His brother Charles Dyson PEARMAN died of TB after discharge, but on 3-2-1922, past the cut off date for CWGC entry






Dyson Pearman is buried in Dullingham (St Mary's) Churchyard - grave in SE part
